- Covers only trikes bought directly from meetonetrike.com; dealer purchases are serviced by the dealer.
- Owner pays return shipping on warranty parts unless Meet One agrees to cover it.
- Paint, corrosion, suspension parts (frame warranty) and wear items such as tires, tubes, brake pads, grips and chains are excluded.

- New, unused trikes can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus a $250–$500 return shipping charge; used or late returns carry a 20–50% restocking fee. Batteries and trikes bought from dealers are handled separately.
